End User License Agreement
Updated 7 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-07.1
Agreement and eligibility
This agreement is between you and UltraForge.net for the software and associated licensing services. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement or authorization to act for an organization. The purchased plan, product description and applicable third-party notices form part of the license terms.
License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use the application on the permitted computers for the purchased term. Software is licensed, not sold. Subscriptions require continued entitlement. A perpetual license, where offered, follows its stated version and update rights. Third-party material remains subject to its own terms.
Accounts, serials and device limits
Keep accounts and serials secure. Do not share, sell, sublicense or redistribute license credentials or exceed device limits. Trials can require an account and are bound to the computer and app; changing accounts does not restart an existing computer trial. Contact support if a legitimate device change prevents activation.
Activation and offline use
Online activation and periodic verification can be required even for local workflows. Current SDK builds require successful paid-license verification at least every seven days. If verification is overdue, paid access stops; only eligible remaining existing trial time can provide trial access, without resetting the trial. Older builds and individual features may have different requirements. Review hardware, model downloads and online dependencies before purchasing.
Permitted use
Use the software lawfully and respect others' rights. Do not bypass license controls, redistribute unauthorized copies or interfere with services. Restrictions on reverse engineering or modification apply only where lawful and do not override applicable law or open-source licenses. Review generated output before relying on or distributing it. Back up your work.
Purchases and subscriptions
Checkout displays the plan, billing period, initial price and renewal terms. Subscriptions renew as disclosed until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not itself request or guarantee a refund. Unless a refund or another entitlement change ends access sooner, access continues through the paid period. Crypto purchases follow their displayed payment and renewal instructions. The Refund Agreement governs voluntary refunds.
Privacy and content
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. You retain rights you already hold in your original content. Rights in generated output may depend on third-party materials, models, their licenses and law; we do not promise exclusive output or freedom from third-party rights. Review additional notices for online features.
Updates and termination
Updates and support depend on your plan. We may restrict access for nonpayment, confirmed abuse or material breach, subject to law and any required notice or opportunity to resolve the issue. A refund can end the associated entitlement. Stop using software for which you no longer have a valid license. Statutory remedies remain available.
Warranties and liability
To the extent lawful, software is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every need. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or other protected claims. Subject to these limits, liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected software in the preceding twelve months, and indirect losses are excluded where lawful.
Rights, disputes and changes
Mandatory consumer rights and access to courts and regulators remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] to resolve concerns. New versions do not retroactively reduce rights attached to earlier purchases. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented for acceptance. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent lawful.
