Privacy Policy

Who we are

UltraForge.net operates this website and its account, payment and licensing services. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. Individual applications may provide additional notices about their features.

Information we process

We process account and contact details, authentication and security records, orders, subscriptions, payment references, support messages and information you submit. Licensing records include licenses, app versions, activation dates, device labels and hashed computer identifiers. IP addresses and request information may be processed for security, rate limiting and service operation. Crypto payments include transfer information needed to verify payment.

Local applications and online services

Supported local workflows run on your computer, but not every feature works without a connection. Accounts, downloads, purchases and license checks use online services. Files submitted through support or an online feature are processed to provide that feature. Review each app's documentation before submitting sensitive content or enabling cloud features.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to provide purchases and accounts, deliver licenses, verify payments and devices, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and trial abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performing our contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or separately requested consent. Acknowledging this policy is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Payments and service providers

Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies. We receive transaction, billing and subscription information to fulfill purchases; our checkout does not collect complete card numbers. Hosting, storage, email, security and identity providers may process data needed for their services. Examples, when enabled, include Stripe, PayPal, Brevo, Cloudflare and Google sign-in. Data may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Cookies and communications

Cookies and similar storage support sessions, authentication, security, preferences and referral attribution. Referral information can connect a purchase to an affiliate. Optional newsletters are separate from necessary purchase and security messages. You can manage browser cookies and unsubscribe from marketing messages; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout.

Retention, security and transfers

We retain information while needed to operate the service, maintain financial records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Security, transaction and computer-trial history may remain after account closure to prevent abuse or preserve necessary records. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process data in other countries, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Your rights and policy updates

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw separately given consent. Contact [email protected]; we may verify your identity and explain retention obligations. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority. Material changes receive a new policy version and additional notice where required. Do not send passwords or complete card details with a request.
